What is your standard target field RMA (Defect) rate, and how is it calculated?

Our annual target field RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) rate is strictly maintained below 0.5%. This is calculated based on total post-deployment warranty claims relative to overall shipped units over a 12-month rolling window. We achieve this industry-leading figure by enforcing 100% full-load dynamic burn-in chamber testing on all assembled hardware prior to final packaging.

Unlike factories that perform brief power-on checks, 100% of our assembled laptops enter a temperature-controlled environmental chamber running at elevated temperatures (up to 40°C–45°C) for 24 to 48 hours continuously. During this period, automated stress-testing scripts push the CPU, GPU, system RAM, and power delivery ICs to 100% utilization to weed out any potential infant mortality failures before shipment.

We enforce a Zero-Tolerance Single-Source Sourcing Policy. All active silicon (Intel®, AMD® chipsets, Tier-1 memory, and storage controller flash) is procured directly from franchised distributors or primary fabricators. Every incoming lot undergoes X-ray inspection for SMT BGA pin integrity, electrostatic discharge (ESD) auditing, and parametric parameter verification before being released to the production line.

During the Initial Article Inspection (FAI) and PVT phases, random sample units undergo rigorous automated physical fatigue testing in our in-house reliability lab:

Our PCBA mainboard architectures feature dedicated ESD protection diodes on all external I/O ports (USB Type-C, HDMI, RJ45), certified to withstand 8KV contact discharge and 15KV air discharge without system lockup or permanent silicon degradation. Thermally, our fanless and active-cooling designs are rated for continuous operation across -10°C to 50°C ambient environments.

Every battery model holds valid UN38.3, MSDS, IEC 62133, and CE/UL certification reports required for worldwide hassle-free air and ocean freight clearance.

Absolutely. While our reference base designs already hold valid CE, FCC, RoHS, and UKCA factory certificates, we regularly assist OEM/ODM partners in acquiring brand-specific sub-certificates or full primary certification reports through accredited international testing laboratories (such as SGS, TUV, or Intertek) registered directly under your corporate entity name.

We implement a strict ECN (Engineering Change Notice) / PCN (Product Change Notification) protocol. No hardware revision, component supplier substitution (e.g., changing display panel vendors or PMIC chips), or firmware update can be executed without formal prior written authorization from your engineering team. Furthermore, every laptop features a digitally logged Serial Number (SN) tied to its exact SMT production lot and component bill of materials (BOM).

We provide a 1-Year Standard Factory Warranty on all mainboards and internal hardware components. To eliminate shipping friction for international buyers, we typically supply 1% to 2% complimentary buffer spare parts (such as spare screens, replacement keyboards, DC power adapters, and daughterboards) alongside your primary container shipment, backed by dedicated 24/7 engineering video support.

 We welcome third-party audits. You are fully entitled to commission independent inspection agencies (such as SGS, AsiaInspection, or Bureau Veritas) to conduct During Production (DUPRO) or Final Random Inspections (FRI) at our factory. We also provide real-time HD video factory audits led by our Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to review live testing lines and AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) reports with your team.
