YISSIY operates on a “Client-First” IP policy, fully ensure the security of your product, design, and specifications, We will not release your product details to other customers, or advertise your items on our website, magazine, or exhibitions, We are prepared to sign formal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to the exchange of any sensitive technical documentation or product roadmaps.
Our data practices are designed to be compliant with international standards, including GDPR and CCPA, ensuring that our global partners from the US, Europe, and Asia can trade with total peace of mind.
These terms apply to all wholesale, OEM, and ODM transactions between YISSIY and its global partners. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these professional standards of trade.
2.1 Specifications: All products are manufactured based on the final “Technical Specification Sheet” signed by both parties.
2.2 Sample Verification: For custom orders, mass production will only commence upon the written approval of the physical Golden Sample by the Buyer.
3.1 Quotations: Due to the volatility of raw materials (semiconductors, cooling modules), quotes are typically valid for 15-30 days.
3.2 Fulfillment: YISSIY manages global fulfillment from Guangzhou. We are responsible for delivery to the agreed-upon Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DAP).
4.1 Standard Warranty: We provide a 12-month hardware warranty on laptops and barebones systems.
4.2 RMA Protocol: In the event of hardware failure, YISSIY will provide remote technical diagnosis and ship replacement components or offer repair solutions as per the service contract.
YISSIY guarantees that all hardware solutions provided do not infringe upon third-party patents. Conversely, the Buyer retains full ownership of any unique designs or branding provided to YISSIY for OEM production.
Any conflicts arising from transactions shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts in Guangzhou, China, under the governing laws of the People’s Republic of China.
